damri Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use damri and how we keep that data protected. We at damri take your privacy seriously and operate under clear principles: we collect only what we need to verify your account, process your payments, and comply with applicable law. Our commitment is transparency about how your information moves through our systems.
When you open an account on damri, you provide us with your email address, phone number, and identity documents for verification. We use this information to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and enable withdrawals to your chosen payment method—whether that is DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing outside damri unless you explicitly consent.
Access to our services is available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of damri comply with their own jurisdiction's applicable regulations.
What we collect on damri
We collect your email address and phone number when you register. These are required to send you account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. We also collect your full name, date of birth, and national ID number during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This verification is mandatory under Indonesian financial regulations and helps us prevent fraud and money laundering.
When you deposit or withdraw funds through damri, we record the payment method you used, the amount, and the timestamp. We do not store your full payment card details or bank account numbers on our servers. Instead, we work with licensed payment processors who handle that sensitive data according to their own security standards. We retain transaction records for seven years to comply with financial reporting requirements.
We also collect information about how you use damri—which games you view, how long you stay on the platform, and which payment methods you prefer. This helps us improve our service and detect unusual account activity that might indicate fraud or unauthorized access.
Cookies and tracking on damri
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. These are session cookies that expire when you close your browser, plus persistent cookies that last up to one year. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use your data
We use your data for five main purposes. First, account verification: we confirm your identity to prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. Second, payment processing: we share your name and account details with our payment processors so they can route your deposits and withdrawals correctly. Third, customer support: if you contact us with a question, we use your account history to help resolve it quickly.
Fourth, security and compliance: we monitor for suspicious activity, such as multiple failed login attempts or unusually large withdrawals, to protect your account. Fifth, service improvement: we analyze how users interact with damri to identify bugs, improve our live-dealer table experience, and optimize our sportsbook markets covering Liga 1 and other tournaments.
We do not use your data to send you unsolicited marketing emails or SMS messages. If you opt in to promotional communications, you can unsubscribe at any time through your account settings.
Third-party processors and data sharing
Our payment processors—the companies that handle DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet transactions—receive your name, account number, and transaction amount. These processors are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements. We do not control how they store or use your data beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction.
We also work with a hosting provider that stores our servers outside Indonesia. This means your data may be processed in a jurisdiction with different privacy laws than your own. We have signed data processing agreements with this provider to ensure they meet our security standards. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law—for example, if a court orders us to disclose information as part of a legal investigation.
We may also share aggregated, anonymized data with analytics partners to understand trends in how users access damri. This data cannot identify you personally.
Your rights and our commitments
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct inaccurate information, such as a misspelled name or outdated address. If you wish to close your damri account, we will delete your data within thirty days, except for transaction records we are required to keep by law.
We commit to keeping your data secure using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Our staff can access your information only when necessary to support your account or investigate fraud. We conduct regular security audits and update our systems to protect against new threats.
If you believe we have misused your data or violated this privacy notice, you can contact us at the address below. We will investigate your complaint and respond within fourteen days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Indonesian data protection authority.
