What we collect on damri

We collect your email address and phone number when you register. These are required to send you account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. We also collect your full name, date of birth, and national ID number during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This verification is mandatory under Indonesian financial regulations and helps us prevent fraud and money laundering.

When you deposit or withdraw funds through damri, we record the payment method you used, the amount, and the timestamp. We do not store your full payment card details or bank account numbers on our servers. Instead, we work with licensed payment processors who handle that sensitive data according to their own security standards. We retain transaction records for seven years to comply with financial reporting requirements.

We also collect information about how you use damri—which games you view, how long you stay on the platform, and which payment methods you prefer. This helps us improve our service and detect unusual account activity that might indicate fraud or unauthorized access.
